Fresh and delicious gourmet mushrooms grown on our 10 acre farm in Coxbench, Derbyshire.
What We Do
To produce our delicious gourmet mushrooms we grow mainly indoors, in a safe and controlled environment, mimicking the natural conditions in terms of temperature and humidity.
We use locally sourced wheat straw for our base substrate and collect waste coffee grounds from local coffee shops to supplement our substrate with. This waste coffee grounds would otherwise end up in landfill.
Moving forwards, we will continue to find more sustainable ways to grow our delicious mushrooms
We have different sizes of boxes available for various appetites, from individuals to families.
